Terms of service
AuditClaude — Terms of Service
Last updated: May 29, 2026 · Effective immediately upon posting.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of auditclaude.com and the AuditClaude digital products and printed materials offered by GFIP Holdings ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the site, downloading the free brief, or purchasing any AuditClaude product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the site, the free brief, or any AuditClaude product.
2. What AuditClaude is — and what it is not
AuditClaude is a self-help audit preparation and research kit. It provides methodology, copy-paste-ready prompts, a worked example case study, templates, and a walkthrough video that you run on your own books using your own AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini).
AuditClaude is NOT:
- Tax advice
- Legal advice
- Accounting advice
- A substitute for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA), or tax attorney
- A guarantee that your return will not be audited
- A guarantee that any deductions surfaced by AI prompts will be allowed by the IRS
- A representation that we will represent you in an audit
Keep your CPA. AuditClaude is the second set of eyes. Your CPA, EA, or tax attorney provides the reasonable-cause defense under Treasury Regulation §1.6664-4 that AuditClaude cannot and does not provide.
3. About the Maya Parker case study
The included Maya Parker case study is a fictional worked example built to demonstrate the AuditClaude methodology. Maya Parker is not a real client, no real return was filed, and the dollar amounts shown in her materials are illustrative only. Any resemblance to a real person, business, or tax filing is coincidental.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from AuditClaude. By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
5. Products and pricing
AuditClaude offers the following products:
- Digital kit: $97 list price. Use code AUDIT79 at checkout for $79.
- Print edition: $95 (shipping calculated at checkout). Printed-to-order and fulfilled by Lulu Direct.
- Print + Digital bundle: $149 (saves $25 vs purchasing separately).
All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted. We may change pricing at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
6. Refund policy
Our full refund policy is at auditclaude.com/policies/refund-policy. In summary:
- Digital kit and bundles: 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. Refunds are processed manually upon request to hello@auditclaude.com within 7 days.
- On refund, your access to the streaming walkthrough video is revoked. Downloadable files you have already saved to your computer remain in your possession.
- One refund per buyer. Once refunded, the same email address may not purchase AuditClaude again. This safeguard protects buyers who fully use the product from rental-cycling abuse.
- Print edition: NON-REFUNDABLE. Each copy is printed-to-order by Lulu specifically for the named buyer. If your printed book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact hello@auditclaude.com within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement.
7. License to use AuditClaude materials
Upon purchase, GFIP Holdings grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:
- Use the AuditClaude prompts, methodology, templates, and walkthrough video for your own personal or business tax preparation
- Print and bind a copy of the audit defense booklet for your own records and to share with your own CPA, EA, or tax attorney
- Apply the methodology to your own Schedule C return and to amended returns
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, share publicly, or upload AuditClaude materials to any public forum, website, file-sharing service, or learning platform
- Use AuditClaude materials to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence model
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, watermark, or attribution from AuditClaude materials
- Use AuditClaude materials to provide professional tax preparation, audit defense, or consulting services to third parties for compensation, without our written permission
All other rights are reserved. GFIP Holdings retains full intellectual property ownership of the AuditClaude methodology, prompts, templates, case study, brand assets, and all derivative works.
8. Use of AI tools
AuditClaude is designed to be run inside third-party AI services including Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), and Gemini (Google). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google.
AI tools can make mistakes — sometimes confidently. The AuditClaude Three-Pass System is built around verification across multiple AI models specifically because no single AI should be trusted as the final word. You bear full responsibility for verifying every position before relying on it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditClaude, GFIP Holdings, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors shall NOT be liable for:
- Any IRS audit, examination, assessment, penalty, interest, or fine resulting from your use or non-use of AuditClaude
- Any deduction disallowed by the IRS
- Any tax preparation error, omission, or misclassification made by you, your CPA, your tax software, or your AI tools
- Any damages, losses, or costs (direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive) arising from or related to your use of AuditClaude materials
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of AuditClaude shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product at issue.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GFIP Holdings and AuditClaude from any claim, demand, action, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of AuditClaude materials, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) any tax position you take in reliance on AuditClaude outputs, and (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Modifications to AuditClaude or these Terms
We may modify AuditClaude (including adding, removing, or changing features, prompts, methodology, or pricing) at any time. We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on auditclaude.com; the "Last updated" date will reflect the change. Your continued use of the site or AuditClaude products after modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to auditclaude.com or any AuditClaude product at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent purchase activity, or rental-cycling abuse. On termination, the license granted in Section 7 ends, but the limitations and disclaimers in Sections 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
[TO BE COMPLETED: governing law (likely Washington State, USA OR your home jurisdiction), choice of forum, dispute resolution preference (small-claims, arbitration, mediation), and class-action waiver if any]
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire agreement
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy linked above) constitute the entire agreement between you and GFIP Holdings regarding AuditClaude.
