AuditClaude — Refund Policy

Digital Course: 7-day evaluation period. Refundable only if requested prior to accessing Lesson 3.5.
Print Edition: Non-refundable (printed-to-order). Replacements provided for physical defects.
Bundles: 7-day evaluation period. A $54 partial refund is issued for the digital component only.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If the methodology isn't working for you, please review our terms for your specific product:

Digital Course: We offer a 7-day evaluation period from your purchase date, covering all material up to Lesson 3.4. Progressing to Lesson 3.5 acts as informed consent and finalizes your purchase, waiving your right to a refund.
Print Edition: Because physical booklets are custom-printed-to-order by Lulu, they are strictly non-refundable.
Bundles: For the $149 Print + Digital bundle, only the digital portion is covered by the 7-day guarantee. Processing a bundle refund within the window yields $54 (the $149 total minus the non-refundable $95 print component).
Outside the Window: After 7 days, refunds are not permitted. You will retain full access to your streaming video and downloaded PDFs, and our team remains available to help you implement the methodology.
Defective Prints: If a printed book arrives damaged, email us within 14 days with a photo of the defect for a free replacement.

To protect our intellectual property and the customers who use it fairly, the following conditions apply to all processed refunds:

Revoked Video Access: Your login to the streaming walkthrough video is disabled the moment your refund processes. You may keep any previously downloaded PDFs.
Purchase Restrictions: Once refunded, your email address will be restricted from purchasing AuditClaude in the future to prevent abuse of the evaluation period.
Chargebacks: Initiating a bank chargeback rather than contacting our team directly will result in a permanent purchase block and submission of your terms-acceptance documentation to the issuing bank.
