AuditClaude — Shipping Policy

Last updated: May 29, 2026. Applies to the printed AuditClaude booklet (and the Print + Digital bundle). The digital kit is delivered instantly via email and does not require shipping.

The short version

Who fulfills: Lulu Direct prints and ships every printed book to order. We do not warehouse inventory.
Production time: 3–5 business days for Lulu to print your book.
Shipping time: Varies by destination and carrier — typically 4–10 business days within North America after production.
Total delivery window: Typically 7–14 business days from order date to your door.
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on shipping address, weight, and carrier choice.
Tracking: Sent to you via email once Lulu hands the package to the carrier.
Damaged on arrival: Free replacement if reported within 14 days of delivery.

Where we ship

Lulu Direct can fulfill orders to:

United States — all 50 states, DC, and U.S. territories
Canada — all provinces and territories
European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, and most other countries — Lulu's global print network handles fulfillment from a local facility where possible

How long it takes

Production (Lulu's part)

Each book is custom-printed for one buyer. Production typically takes 3 to 5 business days from order placement. Larger order volume periods (e.g., right after a launch) may extend production to 5–7 business days.

Shipping (carrier's part)

Once Lulu hands your package to the carrier, transit time depends on the destination and the shipping speed you selected at checkout:

USA standard (USPS Media Mail or Ground Advantage): 4–8 business days
USA expedited (USPS Priority / UPS Ground): 2–5 business days
Canada standard: 5–10 business days
International standard: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

Total delivery estimate

For most US buyers selecting standard shipping: 7 to 14 business days from order to delivery. We will not guarantee a specific arrival date because production + shipping involve multiple parties outside our control.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, the book's weight (the printed AuditClaude booklet runs ~150 pages coil-bound and weighs approximately 1 lb / 0.45 kg), and the carrier option you select.

Shipping is not included in the $95 print price or the $149 bundle price.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once Lulu hands your package to the carrier. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of your order, email hello@auditclaude.com with your order number and we'll check on Lulu's side.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate address.

If a package is returned to Lulu because the address was undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm a corrected address. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
If you discover an address error after ordering but before production starts, email hello@auditclaude.com immediately. We will try to update the order, but we cannot guarantee changes once Lulu has started printing (typically 24–48 hours after order placement).

Order cancellation

Print orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet started. To cancel, email hello@auditclaude.com with your order number as soon as possible after ordering. Once Lulu has begun printing, the order cannot be cancelled (consistent with the non-refundable nature of printed-to-order items — see our Refund Policy).

International orders — customs and duties

International buyers (outside the US and Canada) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT assessed by their country. These charges are not included in the AuditClaude price or shipping cost at checkout, and are collected by your country's customs authority on delivery.

If you refuse a package to avoid duties, the package is treated as undeliverable per our address-accuracy policy above.

Damaged or defective packages

If your printed AuditClaude booklet arrives damaged (crushed, water-stained, mis-bound, missing pages, ink defects, etc.), email hello@auditclaude.com within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A photo of the damage
A photo of the shipping box if the damage appears to be in-transit

We will send a free replacement at no charge.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:

Check with neighbors, building management, and household members
Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered slightly ahead of actual arrival)
If still missing, email hello@auditclaude.com with the order number and tracking link

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, depending on the carrier's response, will either re-ship or refund the order at our discretion.

Bundle orders (Print + Digital)

If you ordered the $149 Print + Digital bundle:

The digital kit arrives by email within minutes of purchase — no shipping required.
The printed booklet follows the shipping timeline above (typically 7–14 business days).

You do not need to wait for the printed book to start using the digital materials.
